The Basque Government and Eurobulegoa have set out three strategic courses of action aimed at meeting the quantitative and strategic objectives for achieving maximum Basque participation in European R&D:
- Creation of Basque Contact Points (BCPs) to coordinate Basque agents’ European action in each thematic area.
- Creation of a General Observatory to monitor the participation of Basque agents in the Framework Programmes.
