- Boost Basque businesses’ participation in international R&D.
- Promote a common Basque strategy, with the support of all agents involved in national and international R&D, in order to coordinate business action vis-à-vis the new challenges of the European R&D Programmes.
- Foster business innovation through the ongoing opportunities offered by the European R&D Framework Programme and other European programmes.
- Advise Basque businesses on the benefits, opportunities and participation possibilities in international R&D programmes.
- Promote active, productive collaboration between businesses, the Basque Science and Technology Network and universities to carry out high-quality research at the highest level.
- Obtain maximum crossborder coordination for the Basque R&D programme with other regional and national programmes to encourage crossborder cooperation on research activities.
- Maintain a constant flow of information from Eurobulegoa to interested agents about the European Research Area.
